If your child is a new St. Jude patient, you probably have many questions. Jude staff is here to guide you through this experience and help you feel as comfortable as possible.Read the tips below for when your child is treated at St. Jude, but does not stay in the hospital overnight. Always start your day by getting a new patient ID armband in Patient Registration. There are registration areas in the Patient Care Center, Chili’s Care Center, and Kmart St.

If you stay at Target House or the Ronald McDonald House, you get a grocery store gift card for groceries each week. You can pick up your card in Patient Services. It offers free library and business services for St. Jude families. The resource center has 8 computers, a printer, copier, and a fax machine. You can use all these for free. It also provides notary services. Resource center staff are usually there Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
